We recommend you bring water and a sweat towel.
Grip socks are highly recommended for reformer. We kindly ask that you always wear socks on the reformer for hygiene reasons.
Please wear clothing you are comfortable exercising in such as leggings/shorts and a tee/singlet.

There is plenty of free on street parking around the studio on Thurralilly and Mulloon streets.

We recommend using your own judgement when deciding to come to pilates class whilst pregnant, our experienced instructors will help provide suggestions to modify exercises if needed however you need to be guided by your health care professional.

You must be at least 6 weeks post bith and have received clearance to exercise by your doctor or obstetrician. At Sol we highly recommend you have been assessed by a womenβs health physiotherapist before recommencing exercise.
