reformer

We have ten reformers in our studio, a class thoughtfully designed to cater for all experience and fitness levels. Our supportive instructors will guide you through a class which focusses on strength, control and endurance using the reformers springs and carriage for added resistance.

stretch and flow

Our stretch and flow reformer class shifts the focus from our standard reformer class to a beautiful guided flow improving overall muscle length, core control and flexibility. Expect to leave feeling more relaxed, grounded and connected to your body.

mat

Using your body weight rather then the reformer for resistance, our mat pilates classes combine strength and core stability, thoughtfully designed for all fitness levels.

mums and bubs

A class where your little ones are welcome into the studio, ideally for the pre crawling ages to maximise workout time for mums and safety for bubs. At sol. we encourage an assessment by a women’s health physiotherapist before recommencing exercise postpartum.

cancellation policy

Please note there is a 4 hour cancellation window before classes. Classes cancelled within this time will be charged a $10 fee if on a membership, or absorb your pass.
